Small group training with:
1) Progressive strength training to tone up
2) Short burst cardio to burn calories & improve your stamina
3) Core training to strengthen & tighten your midsection

Joint-Friendly Personal Training

One-on-one or multiple-on-one personal training with individualized programs designed to help you reach and maintain your specific goals (while protecting your joints)
